We are absolutely in love with our Premier Stainless 5bbl (600L) brewhouse, which is tailor-made to our incredibly tight underground space in downtown Budapest. This beauty of a system is a state-of-the-art steam-jacketed brewhouse, which guarantees that all Gravity beer starts life in the finest of surroundings. It’s also only located a few meters away from the taproom, meaning you’ll be able to see the brewery from the taproom and that our beers won’t have to travel far to meet you!

Our pilot brewery is a true nano set up at only 120 liters per batch. This amazing rig from SS BrewTech really has no equal in terms of small-batch control and versatility and it’s one of only a handful in Europe. It also allows us to keep true to our original nano setup, experimenting with the bold and innovative small-batch beers you’ve all come to love! This SS wonder will attract the best brewers in Hungary to test their latest ideas. So you won’t just see Gravity beers in our tanks – you’ll also find bold new creations from the best talent Hungary has to offer.
