The skin of the Constantinople quince is so suffused with aromatic oils that its rich fragrance permeates Hungary’s orchards each autumn. Each bottle is the product of many days of labor, months of patience, and 10 kg of golden, redolent fruit.
FERTŐDI RASPBERRY
FERTŐDI RASPBERRY
40% ABV

The Fertődi raspberry cultivar is described as “zamatos”, or luscious, for its plump, juicy body and ethereal aroma. Each tart, alluring berry yields a mere 0,2 mL of finished spirit, to make Fertődi Málna the most precious of our range: this bottle alone is the product of nearly 2000 raspberries.

The Heritage Cuvee incorporates three storied Hungarian varietals from our own vineyard: Magyar Frankos, Kossuth, and Xejger. Harvested entirely by hand, these rare grapes combine to form a lively, balanced spirit which exemplifies the unique Hungarian terroir.

Originally a new world varietal, established heritage vines are the only European source of this midnight blue cultivar. Hand-picked from our own vineyard, the Othello’s bold, foxy aromatics condense upon distillation to highlight the jammy, berry-like quality of this rare grape.

The redcurrant’s tiny clusters of glossy red berries are a rich reserve of complex acidity, evoking lush greenery and earthy minerality in equal measure. Their subtle sweetness makes distillation challenging – with more than 9 kg of berries required for each bottle – but infinitely worthwhile.
STANLEY PLUM
STANLEY PLUM
40% ABV

The Stanley plum is the standard against which all other cultivars are measured. Tender and juicy, its depth of flavor delivers a wealth of complex spice in the glass: delicate floral notes loft into the nose as allspice, cardamom, and clove warm the palate in a quintessential expression of autumn.
RED WILLIAMS PEAR
RED WILLIAMS PEAR
40% ABV

The result of a genetic mutation, the Red Williams Pear tree produces deep red fruit bursting with flavor, smaller and more intense than its yellow counterpart. Once distilled, the distinctive aroma of their crimson skins settles into a mellow earthiness which beautifully balances the pear’s natural sweetness.
